You need to have applied to Dalhousie, been accepted and received your acceptance kit. To apply go to discover.dal.ca or fill out the Online Application for Admission.
If you're accepted, you'll receive an Acceptance Kit that contains helpful information including your student number.

Identify your student number.
Pay Deposit.
Pay $200 admission deposit. Wait at least 24 hours for it to be processed.
NetID.
Set up your NetID.
E-Mail.
Set up your e-mail account.
